Carol Lynn Green has all three. Known for her high level of knowledge, exceptional legal skills and upstanding reputation, she was appointed in 1980 as the first Assistant Chief of environmental enforcement for the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. Her team developed the federal government's environmental enforcement program, currently in use by the Justice Department and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Following government service, she joined one of the country's major law firms, representing clients throughout the United States.

Presently, she manages, reviews and designs solutions for complex environmental problems. Her firm has a nationwide environmental liability practice representing businesses, both large and small, and trade associations engaged in petroleum refining, manufacturing, textiles, real estate development and property management, professional services, metals processing, automotive services, utilities and agriculture.
